The understanding of the self and burdens we carry is the essential part of life that no one ever seems to explain to us. We constantly strive for a better place
within ourselves, an inner sanctum to reach so we can wake up each morning and go about doing the things we do.
If we cease to be happy and fulfilled with ourselves we cease to live. Over my lifetime I have strived for the philosophical meanings and answers to life and personal contentment and now I feel
that I have succeeded with greater honours than that of which I ever expected. I have made journeys ad met many many interesting people within my
travels.
I have made friends of fame and earned the respect from my peers. All by being harder on myself than on anyone else.
When the tough times came I sat down and looked for a way out instead of getting troubled. When the good times came I rejoiced for I knew
that I had earned them. Then in the mean time I strived to help others with my knowledge
and gifts.
The GiftsDeep inside everyone there are gifts that we all have. A release mechanism that when set off sends us into a quite trance to reflect on ourselves and be one with our souls and our bodies. We all have something that we are good at and enjoy and it is important to focus on these things before we even attempt to move on. But with all things we have to understand the things we are not good at and to enjoy the things we are good at. We have to study ourselves and hunt for the joy in each of us. The love that that holds us to ourselves and everyone around us. I have my music and that is what gives me my strength to carry on and help people. I whistle praise in songs of Mozart to give myself lift and a voice in which to carry my love. Success for any young person is just simply around the corner for them. They have to understand themselves and their gift and what their gift can do for them. I have spent many years mastering my gift and it has taken me places I could never of dreamed. I have performed on Radio, Television along with appearances on 'Hey, Hey it's Saturday', Billy Connolly's 'World Tour of Australia', in Movies, such as 'Walk The Talk' and people, such as actor Paul Newman (Walt Disney), asked me to submit my music for use in movies. There are no bounds when you realize your potential.
The Concept
The underlying message within my work is to help the children of the world discover their potential instead of having to use drugs or turn to crime in order to get themselves noticed. It is the young people who deserve the voice and the ear. The voice to speak and the ear to listen. Any troubles, woes or tired needs can easily be met if only they were spoken and listened to. A communication need to help our youth strive for what WE KNOW to be their potential. They will need help along the way. The only question is who's going to give it to them. The guidance, the re-assurance and above all else, the love!
